Supergrip have  completed the supply of two Diverless J-Tube Seal Assemblies for the Statoil Gullfaks Replacement project for a major European umbilical manufacturer.

The project was formally executed by our project management team with the production of all equipment being accelerated to meet the requirements of vessel mobilization dates. Both J-Tube Seals were successfully subjected to a thorough simulated Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) witnessed by client representatives. All equipment was successfully installed and verified onto the umbilcals onbaord the installation vessel by client engineers and an efficient and successful installation was performed with excellent offshore feedback on product performance.

This was yet another project where Supergrip successfully utilised the (patent pending) Fast-Lok boltless bend restrictor.
