Umbilical and riser centralisers

Supergrip produce project specific centralsers that offer wear protection to umbilicals and flexible risers within J-Tubes and I-Tubes.

The centralisers can be installed topside on new installations or retro-fitted to damaged risers or umbilicals by divers or ROV. The ROV methodology utilzes re-usable tools developed by Supergrip to provide an efficent and simple installation.

On retro-fit Supergrip can provide the installation contractor with ROV / diver friendly clamping system and buoyancy modules if required to raise the centralisers into the guide tube

Following a detailed design process all centralizers are manufactured in-house and are then subjected to a formal qualification test and inspection program to confirm resistance to design axial and shear forces as well as bending moments.

Fasteners are available in superduplex UNS 32760 and titanium grade 5.
